I think one of the most common questions we ask and yet actually the easiest to answer is “What is my skin type”?

Defining your skin type is the first step to great skin because once you know what you are , you can get to work on using the best and correct products.

Lets start with Normal Skin

Sebum production and moisture content, Keritinisation and desquamation are all very well-balanced.

Characteristics of this are Your face is not dry, oily or sensitive. the pores are small and less visible and the skin texture is smooth and soft.

The products I would recommend:

Limited edition cleanser

Peppermint Clarifying Lotion

Age Defiance Cream

This is of course the main basics of a good daily skin care routine, the treatment products are also very important, like masks and oils which when used twice weekly will help you maintain beautiful healthy normal skin.

Dry Skin

Dry skin can easily develop a sallow skin tone, wrinkles , fine lines and fine pores, and very prone to aging and irritation. A dry skin type longs for deep hydrating treatments like, Masks and oils to moisturize along side a great daily skincare routine.

Products I would recommend are:

Hydro Cleansing Milk + SOS Oil

Orange Flower Cell Renewal

Essential Moisture

Again get the basics right along with treatment masks, oils and exfoliator`s  to maintain hydration levels and smooth skin texture.

Oily Skin

If you have oily skin chances are you will have visible spots, large open pores and a shine on the T-panel (nose, chin, forehead), and the texture is usually quite thick and course in appearance and touch. A good thing, though, is that oily skin is not prone much to aging and wrinkling. Careful cleaning, minimizing of carbohydrate consumption, and avoiding rich creams can be helpful in improving the quality of oily skin.

Products I would recommend are:

Cleanse & Tone Facial Wash & SOS Oil

Skin Polish exfoliator advanced

Youthful Moisturizer

And again as with other skin types incorporate treatment masks to help maintain a healthy balanced skin.

Combination skin has patches of both dry and oily skin, and it requires different types of care in relation to particular facial areas. Dry zones, which are usually located on the cheeks and around the eyes, should be treated with rich creams and moisturizers, while oily areas, usually on the forehead and nose, will benefit from frequent and thorough cleaning

Products I would Recommend:

Hydro Cleansing Milk

Peppermint Clarifying Lotion

Age Defiance Cream

The key thing to remember is routine, if you stick to the routine products that are suited for your skin type, you will manage and maintain beautiful healthy skin!
